1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbajae ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided at https://xbajae.com, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by xbajae.

By completing the xbajae registration process, by accessing the platform as a guest, or by placing any bet or wager through our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the xbajae platform and close your account if one has been created.

xbajae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://xbajae.com/terms-conditions and will display the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and xbajae. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and either of those documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The xbajae platform is strictly reserved for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any form of betting, casino gaming, or promotional activity on xbajae. This requirement applies without exception to all players located in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions in order to register and maintain a valid xbajae account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of xbajae or any of its affiliated platform providers.
• You must not have previously had an xbajae account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.

xbajae reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other proof of age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered xbajae account. Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts held by that individual and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Registration Information

When registering your xbajae account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that will serve as your primary login identifier. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change after registration.

xbajae may use the mobile number provided at registration for OTP-based login verification and for account security alerts. Providing a mobile number that belongs to another person, or providing false registration details of any kind, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbajae account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. xbajae will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the xbajae support team immediately at [email protected]. xbajae accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All xbajae account balances are denominated and held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to the payment provider's availability at the time of your transaction.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount on xbajae is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your xbajae account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. xbajae is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• xbajae does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of xbajae.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. xbajae operates this policy to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days subject to any pending verification requirements on your account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, xbajae may require you to complete identity verification. This may include submission of a national identity card, passport, or proof of mobile wallet ownership.
• Any bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn separately from real-money winnings until the relevant wagering conditions are satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xbajae offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses credited to your xbajae account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page before you opt in.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your xbajae account. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• xbajae reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided to affected players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or abuse of the promotion system will be voided, and the relevant accounts will be subject to suspension.
• Bonus credits have an expiry period as stated in each promotion's terms. Unused bonus credits that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

Wagering Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally to the wagering requirement on a bonus. As a general guideline: sports bets and live casino bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while some speciality games may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution percentages for each game category are published on the bonus terms page for each specific promotion.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the xbajae platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service, or interfere with other players' use of xbajae.

You Agree to the Following Obligations

• To provide true and accurate information at all times, including during registration, verification, and any communication with xbajae support.
• To use only your own funds for deposits. You must not use funds obtained through illegal means, or funds that belong to any other person.
• To gamble for recreational purposes only, and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• To keep your account credentials confidential and to notify xbajae immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• To comply with any verification requests made by xbajae within the timeframe specified by the support team.

The Following Conduct Is Strictly Prohibited

• Creating or operating more than one xbajae account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other context to gain an unfair advantage over xbajae or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the xbajae platform. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or for processing funds connected to illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xbajae staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the xbajae platform or its proprietary software.

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where xbajae determines it to be appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

xbajae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request from xbajae.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Discovery that the account is operated by or on behalf of an underage individual.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority requiring the account to be frozen or closed.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your xbajae account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method provided that no outstanding verification is pending and that the balance does not consist exclusively of unconverted bonus funds.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request self-exclusion through the xbajae responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion is a voluntary process through which access to the xbajae platform is blocked for a defined period. 8 Limitation of Liability

The xbajae platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xbajae makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate, and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party provider issues may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbajae shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the xbajae platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions.
• Any outcome of a bet or game that a player disputes on the basis of an alleged technical error, where xbajae's records demonstrate that the bet or game outcome was recorded correctly at the time of the transaction.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain secure account credentials.

xbajae's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to xbajae during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes xbajae's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any form of fraud or wilful misconduct. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
